Privacy Policy

Local files stay local

Disk Watcher processes file names, paths, sizes and previews on your Mac. It does not upload your files, file contents, scan results or folder paths to Pomegram. The app does not include advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs.

Permissions and saved preferences

You select the locations Disk Watcher may access through macOS. The app stores language preferences, saved locations and security-scoped folder bookmarks locally. Whole-drive and whole-user-folder scans skip privacy-protected locations; a specific folder may require separate macOS authorization.

Selected items are moved to the system Trash after confirmation. The app does not permanently delete them.

Apple and cloud storage

Purchases, downloads and any optional system diagnostics are handled by Apple under its policies. Disk Watcher has no login, subscription or in-app purchases. If a selected local folder is managed by a cloud storage provider, that provider’s synchronization remains governed by your macOS settings and its own policies.

This support website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process standard connection metadata to deliver and protect the site under its privacy policy. This website does not use our own tracking cookies or analytics scripts.
